Room2Meet is located on the Lange Voorhout in The Hague. A meeting venue in a royal location with 3 fresh rooms and plenty of daylight. On The Hague’s most attractive street and close to public transport and parking, we offer opportunities for relaxed meetings, training sessions and workshops.
A personal approach is very important to us. This is reflected in the decoration of the meeting rooms, in our smart and pleasant kitchen and especially in our hostess Laura Kester. She makes sure guests feel ‘at home’ and can organise a successful training session or meeting. We have now had the pleasure of hosting many meetings, workshops and events and providing them with home-made snacks and delicacies. Because, that is Room2Meet’s great strength; we prepare everything from fresh, local produce and on site in our kitchen.
We are proud to have already organised many meetings for, among others: Hague Ministries – Province of South Holland – oil-related companies – Municipality of The Hague and many other private companies.
Room2Meet was founded in 2009 by Laura Kester. In 2022, we moved to our beautiful location on the Lange Voorhout in The Hague.
About Laura Kester
“I grew up in Westland, as the daughter of a horticulturist and a hostess mother. Hospitality is in my blood. Hard work, hospitality and always a friendly smile; it was instilled in me from a young age!
I flew around the world for many years as a flight attendant with KLM. This way, I have seen many different cultures and been able to taste the hospitality in many different countries.
While travelling, my passion for cooking was born, something I still love doing! Everything that I serve at Room2Meet, I make myself. Whether it’s muffins with coffee, complete lunches or dinner buffets; I prepare everything freshly in our pleasant kitchen.
With Room2Meet, I want to distinguish myself from the other meeting venues located in The Hague through my flexibility and homemade food. A different layout, room set up or special dietary requirements? Everything is up for discussion! Questions or a special request? Feel free to let me know!”
